Wish I'd stuck with the Justissimo

I've got a Kawasaki ZR550 Zephyr and a Suzuki SV1000. Having had 2 Justissimo's and needing a new lid I bought the Konda expecting the same standard of comfort and quality.
Well, it fits well. Buts that's about where the similarities end.
The Konda is noisy, possibly due to the space for the bluetooth bit, I don't know, but it's not a great start. However, with ear plugs being by far cheaper than the bluetooth kit, I soldiered on with it.
From day one I foung the flip front and sun visor really tight. Slowly, over time, I seemed to get on better with it. I assumed it was me getting used to the lid. Oh no. I realised what was really going on when the front FELL OFF completely one day when I flipped the front to take it off. The thing went back together with a bit of brute force and a screwdriver but I was not a happy girl, to say the least. This is a safety device... no?
I never, ever had to take apart / adjust or tighten up my Justissimos so didn't expect to have to do anything with the Konda either. I'm not sure I'll be having another Caberg.
