One of the best things about the Suomy Gunwind is the different designs you can have on the lid, if fancy colours and intricate patterns are what your after then I would highly advise checking out the Gunwinds paint schemes. This aside, the Gunwind is a pretty solid helmet, exceeding DOT and ACU/BSI Gold standards and approved by FIM, AMA and WERA for competition use. The shell is made from a fibreglass/kevlar composite making it lighter than similar models.
