N103 quality control issues?

Bought this helmet two months ago along with an F650GS2. Initially the noise level was extremely high on the left side, and the visor would not seat itself tightly in the closed position. Dealer found that the seals and visor were not properly fitted. This was easily fixed.

Now I find that a piece of trim along the bottom front of the helmet is about to fall off because the glue holding it on has failed. Dealer is going to send back to Nolan for repair.

The built in sun visor is a great feature and I find the helmet comfortable, if not somewhat heavy. Overall I would not recommend this helmet.
