Fonsi Nieto's Arai RX7-GP
I ride a GSX-R 1000 K8 in (surprise, surprise) Fonsi Nieto's 2008 Alstare race colours.
I met Fonsi a few times and on one of those occasions, after much grovelling, he gave me one of his Arai RX7-GP helmets which he signed "To my friend, Danny. Fonsi Nieto #10" Surfice to say it is incredible. The helmet actually fits me very comfortably and the quality is sublime.
The helmet has been hand painted by Starline Designs in Italy which does helmets for Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi as well as Fonsi and many others.
The things I love about this helmet include; the design of the shell, the features, the weight (very light) and the fit. It isn't the quietest helmet I've ever worn, but it is by no means noisy at speed.
Finally and probably most importantly, it is supposedly one of the safest helmets you can wear.
The best helmet money can buy!
