Great improvement over the corsair

I've been riding sportsbikes since 2005 so it comes as no surprise when most of my kit is tailored to sunday blasts. Concessions are made to my commuting gear. I own 4 helmets; Shoei XR1000, XR1100, Arai corsair nakano and my Arai RX-GP in the nicky hayden scheme.

The RX-GP is clearly the best of the bunch. Comfort is on par with the corsair in terms of the liner material. The peripheral vision is vastly improved. Combined with the redesgined visor, the pinlock insert is less distracting compared to the older shoei and arai models in that the pins don't hamper your peripheral vision.

In terms of noise, the shoeis were marginally quieter. I ride with ear plugs in and on very windy days, the wind noise drones my remus exhaust... It's the same with any helmets. I never had any issues with buffeting on this lid nor my old corsair, but used to get plagued by it on the XRs. Dont get me wrong, they're still good lids but as a total package, the RX-GP is a very good revolution of the corsair.
