Good Lid let down

I've owned Suomy Vandal lid for over 3 years, I believe it was one of the first to come to the UK.

It's supremely comfortable and the cheek pads do come out with the aid of two little locking bars by the mouthpiece. What lets this lid down is the noise and the poor quality visor pivots and mouth vent.

The pivots I've replaced 3 times but I've been unable to get a new vent which decided to escape on a dual carriageway at speed, not good , the shell is fabulous with a deep shine and a quality feel and the lining is equally plush, but those pivots what can I say the worst idea in the world ever, by far the hardest visor to change!

I've seen dealers struggle with them and had to be shown as I've probably done it more than any of them.
