I have had the wet visor on the inside too but try not to ride in the wet too often because I'm a bit of a sissy like that lol. but when I have to do a run it really is dangerous to have water running down the inside of the visor where you can't wipe it off. also the bottom rim of the shell has cracked where I spread the straps when I put it on, just over a year old and very disappointed in this lid, should've saved up for the shoei and their proven record of high quality

Update on the Sintesi water & Bluetooth faults by: JC
I made it back to Helmet City on Saturday 10th October, told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to talk about a Sintesi that I bought from them a month ago, she immediately said "We'll have to send it back" and that was before I'd told what the problem was....clearly I wasn't the first!!
SoI ended up speaking to one of the guys there, I told him about the water problem and asked if anyone else had returned one for the same reasons, "no" came the answer, doesn't really suprise me, they are in business after all...
So after explaining about the water inside the visor & the fact that the Bluetooth had packed up I was again told that they would have to send the helmet back to Caberg. I reiterated ny point that the water problem isn't a fault with the helmet it's a design problem so sending it back ain't gonna help anyone!
Given that the helmet was only a month old and the only reason it took me a month to get back is because I'm away from home a lot I wouldn't have been happpy with that anyway. The helmet is clearly not fit for purpose and the Bluetooth isn't far behind it either.
So I left happy with a new Justissimo & Bluetooth, so far so good. I've had a couple of Justissimos and have been pleased with them, however the new one has a different Bluetooth fit. One the new one the chin straps now have to come down beneath the cheek pads (As per the instructions) to allow the Bluetooth kit to fit, I'm finding that this causes the bottom of the cheeks pads to rub making for a quite uncomfotable ride. I'll give is some to time to bed in before I go back.... Perhaps I should have saved up for the Nolan....
I'll update in a couples of weeks.

Same here...and more! by: JC
I bought the Sintesi & Bluetooth kit from Helmet City a month ago, so far I've been very pleased with the helmet. I had a Justissimo for a couple of years and thought the Sintesi would be a nice helmet to change to when the Justissimo started to wear out!
I've been pleased with the helmet so far apart from two issues. I too have suffered with the rain on the inside of the visor, I've tried all i can think of, not opening the visor when it rains etc but nothing appears to stop it. I'm thinking that it's a design fault. The only place I think the rain can come in is through the top vent. It massively reduces your vision and is nothing short of dangerous, I've yet to go back to Helmet City (I work away from home).
Second issue is the Bluetooth has packed up, won't take a charge at all.
I'll update this once I've spoken to the people at Helmet City.
