Caberg Justissimo GT Review

The Caberg Justissimo GT Helmet

Read/Leave Review

Caberg Justissimo GT Helmet

Alternative Helmets

The Caberg Justissimo is the UK's best selling flip front (modular) helmet.

Part of the reason it is such a good seller is that it is a Flip Up and also an  Open Face helmet if the chin piece is removed.

Justissimo GT Visor

This helmet has a sun visor that can be flipped down inside the helmet using a lever fixed to the outside. When the sun comes out you no longer need to worry if you don't have your sunglasses with you!

The sun visor is great, but if you wear glasses be sure to try out the sun visor in a store as some riders find it gets in the way.

Caberg Bluetooth System

Available as an added extra you can get a Bluetooth system that allows you to communicate with your pillion and use your Phone, MP3 or Sat Nav.

Apparently the Justissimo can be converted to an Open Face helmet in a few minutes, but in reality this becomes 5 or 10 minutes.

Noise

Due to the fact that the front shell of the helmet is made from 2 parts, it is quite noisy. If you value your hearing it's advisable to wear ear plugs no matter what helmet you wear.

Good for dispatch/couriers or riding with lots of stops

I don't know about you but I get fed up with having to take my helmet off all the time when going into shops or petrol stations. With the flip front on the Caberg Justissimo GT this is no longer a problem.

If you're making lots of stops then flip front helmets like this Caberg are perfect.

Overall Opinion

Very good value for money. This helmet is good for what it is, but doesn't have the quality feel of a more expensive brand. For this price range this is one of the best all round helmets.

SHARP Rating - 4 out of 5 Stars
ECE 22.05 - Approved
